Processing times
When should I start the application process?
We strongly encourage applicants to submit their request 60 days prior to the start of the program. This will allow sufficient time to complete the assessment and make changes to course registration (if applicable).
How long does the application process take?
Applications for transfer credit and prior learning assessment and recognition (PLAR) may take up to five weeks to process. Only completed applications with all required documentation and payment will be processed.
Please consider this timeline when submitting your application and documentation, as this may impact your ability to select courses during registration.

Application fees are to be paid through online banking. Simply log in to your bank and set up your payment as you would a utility bill or cell phone bill. The payee name is 小优短视频 FEES and the account number is your nine-digit student number. Please contact us if you have any questions.
