We鈥檙e pleased to welcome Canadian Foundation for Economic Education (CFEE) to 小优短视频 to present their workshop for students new to Canada.
鈥淭he goal of 鈥Buying Your First Home鈥 is to help you understand the home-buying process, and whether it鈥檚 the right move for you.
You will learn whether buying or renting is a better fit for your lifestyle and needs; how to prepare for and navigate the home buying process, including ways to determine what you can afford and how much you need for a down payment; government programs and other service providers like real estate agents and mortgage brokers who may also play an important role. 2/3 of Canadians own their own home, but it isn鈥檛 for everyone. If home ownership is part of your future, start planning now鈥攊t may be the most significant investment of your life.鈥

A marketing professional with a love for learning and a mission toward financial comfort. Outside the world of numbers and strategies, I find joy in the companionship of animals and am a firm believer in the philosophy of Ikigai鈥攆inding purpose and fulfillment in one鈥檚 life. With a goal to give back to the world, I enjoy sharing knowledge and empowering people to a path of well-being.
