Biography
David has more than 25 years of management experience in multiple industries and roles within the private and public sectors, including leadership roles in consumer packaged goods, architecture and engineering, and software development.
He has been with 小优短视频 in a leadership capacity since 2005, joining as the Director, Information Technology. Over the years, he accepted roles with increasing responsibility, including Executive Director, Enrolment Management and Information Technology, and Associate Vice President, Digital Innovation. Notably, he led the development and implementation of a multi-year, multi-faceted, college-wide digital innovation plan.
In his current role, his portfolio includes Accounting, Financial Planning, Campus Safety Services, Facilities Management, Legal and Risk Management, Institutional Research, Information Technology, and Digital Innovation.
In addition to earning a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, David is a Chartered Global Management Accountant and Associate Chartered Management Accountant.
